CNC MILLING

CNC milling is a machining process that utilizes computerized controls to manage the movement and operation of multi-point rotary cutting tools.

As the tools rotate and move across the surface of the workpiece, they slowly remove excess material to achieve the desired shape and size.

CNC TURNING

CNC TURNING is a manufacturing process in which bars of material are held in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed to the piece to remove material to create the desired shape .

GRAPHITE GASKET

General Purpose Graphite Sheet Reinforced with 304 Stainless Steel Foil Insert.

Its Excellent Chemical Resistance and Thermal Stability Make This Sheet as a Superior Choice To Compressed Fiber Sheet Gasket For Virtually All Applications In The Plant.

NON-ASBESTOS GASKET

Synthetic Fiber Sheet is a Low Temperature, Non-Asbestos Sheet Gasket Material Suitable For General Services To 390°F (200°C). 365 Psi (25 Bar).
450 Synthetic Fiber Sheet is Recommended For Use in Water, Gas, Brine and Steam Applications. 450 Is Not Recommended For Use In Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, Aromatic And Ester Ketones.
